Please use t-code ?ABAVN., give the asset number to be scrapped and the date on which it is to be scrapped.., and the second screen provide the document type and posting period and save it.
go to AW01n you can find the asset scrapped and the test -?Retirement of current-yr acquis., w/o revenue will appear.
