You can copy all the list from F-03 and copy that into excel manually
use ctrl +y so you can copy the value after that paste in on excel

I'm not sure why you would want to get a list without a sign, but table BSIS has the open items in the G/L, and the numbers don't have the sign. The sign is in a separate field (listed as "H" or "S"). If you have the proper security, you should be able to use SE16N (ALV Grid), which will allow you to display and download the items from BSIS and they can be pure.
Look at the table, get a few line items out from a G/L account you're trying to see and check out what I'm saying. It might help.
