Hello

May I sort for your help. This is in line with the Purchasing Module; let me say I have 10 purchase requisitions, which I later convert into purchase order/s. My question is, is there a transaction code, which I can use to know how many requisitions I have created or converted into purchase orders for a particular period ..? if so, someone please provide me with the code or the steps on how to achieve the report ?

Regards
Duncan

Subject: PR Report With RFQ Information

There isn't a standard SAP transaction that lists the RFQ number for outstanding PRs. However, ME5A can output PRs that have a RFQ. Enter Processing Status "A" RFQ created. If you have access to the Tables, you can execute transaction SE16 or SE16N and obtain this list from Table EBAN. Export the list of purchase requisitions into Table EKPO, field BANFN. make the field EKPO-ANFNR (RFQ #) not equal to "Blank". Execute. You will only get a list of RFQs that were created from a PR that has been converted to either a PO or OA. You may have to maintain your layout to see the RFQ #.

I don't know of a standard way to see RFQ numbers that have not been converted to a PO/OA. You could create a query and join tables EBAN and EKPO; or have a custom report created.
