I am afraid that your inquiry is far too general. A lot of information are missing, like e.g.
- do you want delivery related billing?
- do you want to have order related billing?
To make it run, this needs some configuration, if you are not working with SAP standard settings.
I suggest that you read the SAP help first and you come back with specific questions.
