Reply from bpolo on Jan 23 at 9:21 AM The cycle count job must be run in order to generate new count instructions. Depending you which release of LogPRO, this may or may not be automated. Also, the new counts will be based on the 'last cycle count date' in the item master.

my company activated the cycle count module in WMS Logpro AS400 platform. We set up a cycle count category with a count day interval 7 days. The system counted all items assigned to the cycle count category in those seven days Once the seven days were over we expected to see a second batch of instructions but nothing generated. Every week we should be cycling through the same items but the system only generated one set of instructions and stoped generating weekly |
