When an employee's data of any infotype (affecting time eval) has been entered for a past date, the IT 3 record is set to retro time eval corresponding to the start date of the infotype record. Usually for a pay period, firstly time eval is run for the pay period, before running the payroll.
If this has not been run till the end of the pay period, then during payroll run, the function DAYPR in XT00 payroll sub-schema invokes time eval (in your case, the time schema used here is TC00).
During this time eval run, if there is any fatal error, this error of jump from DAYPR is displayed.

To analyse the error, run time eval for the employee till the end of pay period, with log display.
Then check where the run stops and why.
Based on the message "incorret generation of wage types", the error would be in a GWT step.
