If The price maintained in XYZ system--then how are you running a sales
cycle in ABC?

Hello Team,
I have below Idoc issue: Customer C85879S has not been created.
We have two systems one is XYZ in which we create all the customers and pricing related data and the second is ABC in which the whole sales process runs from order to billing.
When system tries to integrate the idoc from XYZ to ABC it gives the above error as customer C85879S has not been created.
Please provide the solution for the same at the earliest.
