(Once you assigned reason for rejection ---the document will be completed
and can't be used to create proceding documents.
yes it can be configured in SPRO by going to IMG>>SD>>>Sales
Documents>>>Sales Doc item>>> define Reason for rejection.

They are standard functionality but you define them for your own installation so I would talk to your process team to answer your questions.
