Reply from aasap on Dec 9 at 9:09 AM You cannot move the measurement point - when you create it SAP creates an object key that begins IF for Floc MP's and IE for equipment MP's. However, if create a matching MP on the equipment you can set it up to inherit values. You could then install the equipment onto the FLoc at some point in the long distant past, set the equipment MP's to inherit from the appropriate FLoc MP's and in theory this would back date the inheritance. Not a job I envy - might be easier to write some code for the migration. Alan.
