I am working with pharma company & using SAP, but don't find any provision for API calculation. If you aware or done any project related to this then please guide.
1) BOM - API - 100% Dry
2) GR Qty API always moist form (means 80% Moist & 0.07% Assay), Eg. 100kg API received means 80KG dry.
3) In Unrestricted stock API is in Moist form where as BOM as for Dry, so while creation of process order system do batch determination for process order & assign able batch in stock to process order but in moist form. I need provision that while batch determination system will convert Moist to dry & then assign. Is it feasible?
4) Due to moist condition always sticking loss is there, means 100KG received so usable is 98KG, 2% is sticking loss in drum. This we come to know at last when stock is come to consumed 100% till that time can't comment how much is sticking loss. But due to this while batch determination system will assign all available stock & do batch determination. After come to know the loss we have to amend the qty manually in process order & for addition qty need to add manually one more line item with new batch. Wish to do all this in automation. Please have any suggestion then guide me.
5) After API GR we have inspection activity (QA32) here i want addition field of moisture & Assay. This field define in inspection characteristic batch class 022 in classification view but field not appear in QA32. I want this field must appear in QA32 while UD mandatory How can I do this? Please suggest.
