Employers are looking more for actual experience than for certifications without actual expertise to back it up.

Hi, I am Sachin and working with MNC as Software Test Lead, I have worked on Legacy CRM so I have functional knowledge of CRM, Is it fine that I should go for SAP CRM.
On other side, I have check with authorized SAP center and they charge huge amount. I check with un-authorized, they charge 40-50k with 2 months training and a implementation project of 2 months, I doubt on implementation project but I think its good start with less amount to enter SAP market and having 8 years of experience in sync with CRM experience will be helpful. What you all think. Would appreciate if you could reply with your valuable comments.
