Question from sunil_bhardwaj on Sep 13 at 9:38 AM When we export (download) a report from Oracle CRM On Demand Answers. The fields i.e. Date and Currency are not exported (downloaded) correctly. For Instance, we choose a report from "Open Existing Analysis" by clicking over "Open Analysis" and randomly select a report which contains "Date" or "Currency" field. In the Build and View Analysis page, in the title bar, click Preview Analysis. Then we scroll to the bottom of the report, click the Download link, and select the following option:
• Download to Excel.
When we right click the "Date" field and select "Format Cells". The "Date" field is shown as "Text" instead of "Date".
Similarly, we are getting "General" for "Currency" field instead of Currency in the Format Cells dialogue box.
Is there any provision for correct export (download) of CRM report to Excel in Oracle CRM on Demand so that we would get Date for "Date" field and Currency for "Currency" field in Format cells option in Excel?
