However if the volume does not justify the cost, then manual procedures are the way to go; even here there should be a user guide and needs to be followed.
In any case, it can help to make these procedures as a responsibility of the related position/s.

My client assigns logon id's to it's customers for access to it's website. Each time they create a logon id, they create a customer master record.
Is there any way, in SAP ECC6 to manage this?
