Reply from marcopdebeek on Jul 3 at 7:33 AM Very basic, name, assignment to personel area (store number) function code for the role (manager or sales rep), start date, and an infotype to store the personnel number from the source system (alphanumeric so we can't use SAP personel number for that).
As said very basic name, number, function and assignment to store, that's all we need in SAP.
How to map this to what kind of IDoc?

Subject: Sales Representatives Through IDoc
We currently maintain sales represantatives manually in ECC by transaction VPE1. This data is also maintained in our (non SAP) HR system. The idea is to interface personel records from there to SAP and create the sales reps from that data.
Can anyone tell me which IDoc type there is to use for this? Is HRMD_A suitable for this?
I'm fairly new to HR (more a logistics kind of guy) all tips and pointers are welcom.
