1. Is the account to be posted to a balance sheet account or a P&L account. No Cost centre is defined for a balance sheet.
Config should be done so that the account does not request for a Cost centre if the GL is a balance sheet.
2. The account might have been blocked by FI check with FI team if you are still suppose to be posting to this account using Tcode FS04. Tcode also allows you to see who made changes to this account
