Data views of planning books only store lists of key figures and time bucket profiles. The data to be displayed is defined through a data selection.
Data selections can be saved and re-used for interactive display and planning and also for running of background heuristics.
I am not aware of any quick way to locate location products from within selections but generally we don't worry about it. If you cannot identify the data set easily from the description of the selection ID it is easy enough to create a new one.
We use a naming convention for our selection IDs and clearly identify those set up specifically for batch job (this prevents users from accidently changing them)

book / data view its associated to ? While running heuristics , I need the planning book and data view but how will we come to know which are these, does it mean checking all the planning books / data views in SDP94 tcode ? |
