Reply from TerryB on May 24 at 3:41 PM Assuming that the fields you want don't already exist in the standard SAP tables, you would need to add an append structure containing your additional fields to an SAP table (in this case probably VBAK or VBAP), then add the fields to an existing screen in program SAPMV45A. SAP provides two tabs, Additional Data A and Additional Data B, for customers to add their own fields. Lastly, you would need to add logic in PBO and PAI modules for the screen to handle the moving of the data from screen to database and back again.
There are plenty of resources available on the InterWebs to guide you through this process.
