What if the recipient (email address) is a group of persons, not an
individual. It seems too easy to be true.
If the recipient email address is defined in the vendor master record, put
an address that belongs to a group.

Use BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST in the POST method - This has been the most common.
Use a enhancement of the PO print program - the -print program has several enhancements.
