Hi Saed,

For cutover you require cutover strategy and plan, the stretegy should
emphasis on what are the modules will have cutover data, its not necessary
that all the modules should have cutover data, it depends upon the business
requirement, you need to conduct a workshop with business along with stake
holder to understand the business requirement and what data they prefer to
carry from legacy system, for eg in MM module you can close the existing
open Purchase order in legacy system and create new PO in SAP manually or
you have to create a uploading template and upload open PO.

If you have not define these yet , you are not ready for cut over,I have no idea of the size of your project , but you are asking about legacy data , at this stage you should have all data mapping done and should have tested it .
The data load sequence is as critical if not more than the migration itself .
My advise if this is not well defined for all data objects and fully tested, STOP , you are heading for a total meltdown .

Best regards
Mel
