But V_KONH_VKS is one object that controls some condition access but I am not 100% sure when it's checked so might not do what you need.
You may well be better off setting of unsetting KMANU and possibly KAEND_LOE depending on whether you need to control delete or not as well based on a Z table that supports the flexibility you need of when and what you want to control.
