To the best of my knowledge. Both are one and the same. If a Consultant has
to control on OB52. Generally a Consultant will not have any aothorisation
to write in Production Client, he will simply be given Display
authorization. Where the Core Team or Respected heads of the the
departments, will not be having the authorization for OB52 which will be of
Customizing. Both are of same program and table.
