assign to BASIS person and tel them, how to you want like that they ready to provide, you have to give only T.code, Objects and all they will take care.
fb03 When basis guy will give the authorization there display, edit, changes options are there, you have to take display and no downloading option for that report.

Subject: Restrict users from accessing FB03 via KSB1 in SAP ECC6.0
Managers has the ability to use t/code s_alr_87013611 and further drill down to KSB1 however we want to restrict the managers from accessing FB03 as the managers have been restricted to their specific cost centre.
We have created a role with authorisation object K_REPO_CCA and K_CCA and limited the activity to 27 & 28 and 3028.
The current issue is the test user id to which the role is assigned is able to drill down in s_alr_87013611 to KSB1 and then to line items in FB03.
Can you please advise how to limit the user from displaying FB03? |
