At the beginning I thought that the solution of multiple condition of payment was a good idea but VidhyaDhar have a reason about the problem of partial payment or in case that this customer has many invoices.
The main requirement is to make additional discount when the customer pays in daily basis, this is similar to the control of interest for late payment but in this case is reduces the customers payments.
I will try the solution that suggest Waza, but if somebody have other idea

How can customize a variable cash discount, this discount varies daily. For example if you pay the next day has a 7% discount if paid one day after having a discount of 7% - 0.23% and so on up to a month is 0% discount.
