Hi Angad,

Okay, I'm caught up now. I don't think I can be much help with implementing your proposed solution to connect to open source SAP DB, except to refer you to the website of www.sapdb.org. In the software section there are some ODBC drivers and documentation. It's hard for me to digest that you won't have the same issues and concerns with direct table updates as you would in a traditional SAP installation, but I'm not well versed in this open source concept. Sorry for the confusion and that I couldn't be more help.

Cheers!

Subject: Build Up a Channel With a Oracle Based SOA Interface

Wondering if i can get some suggestions please.. The requirement is : I have a SAP DB 7.4. Now i need to build up a channel with a Oracle based SOA interface, so that the data being sent from oracle can be brought into the SAP DB. Any suggestions on how can this be progressed ?
