Note can be changed in KKA0.

F1 Help:-

Cutoff Period
Period that divides the life cycle of an object for which WIP calculation or results analysis is to be performed into open and closed periods.

Use
The cutoff period prevents the results analysis data calculated during the results analysis or WIP calculation process (such as work in process or reserves for unrealized costs) from being overwritten by the next results analysis or WIP calculation process.

The data calculated up to and including the cutoff period is not changed by the current results analysis or WIP calculation process.

The results analysis data calculated in later periods is overwritten by the current results analysis or WIP calculation process.

Dependencies
This means that the results analysis data from earlier periods, for which postings may have been generated in Financial Accounting, is not changed. Changes to the plan data or actual data in earlier periods are accounted for by the results analysis or WIP calculation process in the first open period.

Regards,

Waza

Subject: WIP - Define Results Analysis Keys

Hi experts!

In OKG9, there is a field "Cutoff Period for Actual RA/WIP", can anyone explain what does it mean by this field? How can I determine the cutoff period in this field?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Layla
