As Gilmar rightly suggested, it would be a nice idea to create separate vendor account groups and assign separate number ranges to have domestic and international vendors organized ( viz. well segregated ).
However, please also bear in mind that assigning separate number ranges to domestic and international vendors is not a mandatory requirement since a single number range can also be assigned to multiple vendor account groups.
Yet , I would go with Gilmar's recommendation since it makes sense to keep vendors organized in your books.
