The short answer is Yes. Start off by configuring EBS (SPRO > Financial Accounting > Bank Accounting > Business Transactions > Payment Transactions > Electronic Bank Statement > Make Global Settings for EBS).
When that is complete, go to Manual Bank Statement and work your way through the 3 options in the IMG.
