I am not sure if I am understanding your question right, but why not have an ABAP'er write you a wrapper program around RFBIBL to create one file that you then submit to RFBIBL with header and line items? You or your business folks could then work the BDCs.
I don't personally recommend LSMW, rather BAPI or direct file off the application server to RFBIBL is better in my opinion.

Hi Experts,
I'm using LSMW with RFBIBL00 to post a journal entry which has one credit line item and multiple debit line items. The LSMW is working perfectly fine with two separate csv files (one for Header and one for Item) but is there any way to post this entry with only one csv file (there is a business requirement to use only one file).
