However, in your case, you already had created above Bapi to meet your requirement. But unfortunately it is not allowing to cancel single item.
We can use Exit in RV45AFZ1 program in the table level as VBRP and put the logic in that code along with item relevant field. or just update your bapi in item level table maintenance...
