check if their attributes are similar. i.e., check if all the fields are

I am using XD07 to change the cusomer from shitp-to party to sold-to party. I am getting an error "The planned change is not allowed as the following field" , "groups would be masked by the new account group".
I am getting this message for 'Tax jurisdiction code'.
