You dont have to Setup two tx code for this purpose , you can use a separate Tax Cod for calculating Service Tax and Sales tax. After Creating a separate tax code you can assign these tax code to the Condtions Type you are used for service tax and Sales Tax , Assign the Percentage of tax using FV11 and assign account using OB40

HI ,
Our client is asking for a new requirement.
Where recently they asked that they want to make a PO for Purchase of
Software Licenses where there are 2 two tax codes in a single invoice like
service tax and vat in the same invoice.
How to do it in SAP. Kindly advise on this matter.
