Hi Gurus!
I am posting a GR w/reference to a PO (Tx. MIGO, Mov.Type 101). The PO has the following characteristics:
• Foreign vendor
• Account assignment category: K (Cost center)
• Item category: Standard
• Account assignment is completed (G/L Account (6060100010)and cost center)
• I completed "Conditions Tab", including ZFLE (International Freight). This condition was set as "Condition Relevant for Accrual ", so I assigned it to an account key (accruals/provisions) (FR1) in the calculation schema. In Tx. OBYC I assigned this account: 6278220010 (set as a cost element) to the account key FR1.
When I try to post the GR system issues error message: KI235 - Account 6278220020 requires an assignment to a CO object, BUT error message refers to the freight account 6278220010 not to G/L Account 6060100010.
I cannot set an account assignment to a condition type.
I cannot set a default account assignment to the cost element 6278220020 because customer wants the freight adopts account assignment from the PO position (G/L Account (6060100010) and cost center). Any idea about how to do that? BADI, user-exit, IMG …
