Thanks for you response. The status of the WBS is REL BUDG AUC SETC (not closed).The first used is 010.2008 and last used 001.2012.
I only have one SAP session open and the fields mentioned are greyed out.

Subject: Add Asset to Settlement Rule of WBS

We have a WBS where the settlement rule is to asset. As settlement has taken place, the rule for the FXA line is 100%. Let's say that around 60% of the project has been settled so far. The other 40% must now be settled, but the accountants want the settlement that takes place now to go to a DIFFERENT asset.
A new FXA line can't be added to the settlement rule now, as the 100% limit has already been reached.
Is there any way that this can be achieved short of settling to the "old" asset and then transferring the values to the "new" asset manually?
