The tax code is maintained at line item level for a PO and it is possible
to have a different tax codes for different line items within the same PO.
Your scenario should work with std SAP.

Our client is asking for a new requirement.
Where recently they asked that they want to make a PO for Purchase of
Software Licenses where there are 2 two tax codes in a single invoice like
service tax and vat in the same invoice.
How to do it in SAP. Kindly advise on this matter.
