Reply from gopinarayana on Jun 6 at 2:26 PM Dear Ajay, Thank you for your promt reply, Let me explain you the issue in more detail, In the order of capex procurement we create an Internal order and assign this internal order to an asset under construction in KO01 t. code We are maintaining only two depreciation areas i.e 01 - book dep. , 16 - IT dep. For few internal orders dep area 30- group dep got activated by mistake. Now since 30 is not a real time dep. area, at the time of order settlement system is giving an error " The asset does not have a master area: settlement not possible" " t. code ' acset' does work for this solution" Finally the exact requirement is to settle the internal order that has an AUC assigned to it. where the AUC dep. area is not the correct one i.e. the dep area does not post in real time or the dep. area and final receiver's dep. area are not same. Any further inputs to solve the query are highly appreciated. Thank you, Gopi

Where you can inactivate the internal order account assignment to the depreciation area that you have defined for AUC. To my understanding if Internal Order is inactivated for the depreciation area, then you wont be getting any issues. Hope this helps.
