Question from TRYCanada on May 23 at 10:41 PM Centralized SES creation and business line deleting SES's so how does team monitor?
We have a centralized SES creation team who route SES via workflow to business line acceptor.
SES creation team have the accountability for acceptance stewardship metrics. We are not sure what is the best report/method to report on SES's which have been routed to business which they delete as they are not accurate or have the correct acceptor.
Is ML84 the only type of report we can use to try and determine what SES's have been deleted for a specific period of time?
