I need some assistance in the area of control and authorizations.
Currently at our client the PA user can create new employees. This is a security issue as when the payroll is run a fake employee can get paid. My client wants a two stage way of creating new employees where a PA users first inputs all the relevant information and prior to the actual employee record being created, it should be authorized by a supervisor.
This is the same case with salary slabs. A singe user can change the salary slabs of any employee. How can we do it in such a way that permission has to be taken from a second person before changing the salary slab?
