Rop parts do not look at demand only rop setting compared to sum of inventory and procurement proposals. i.e. If rop on the mm is 10 pcs and you have 10 pcs, you could have demand for 100 and it will show -90 available, but the procurement proposal will never launch because total inventory is equal or greater than the rop setting.
