My user has a requirement to monitor employees' retirement age (i.e. to send a reminder to HR Administrator 1 month before the employee is due for retirement). I have configured the Task Type for IT19 (Monitoring of Tasks). However, I'm unable to find the config for the email notification, including config for the recipients. Can anyone advise me where is this config? Thanks in advance.
