Reply from Deepak K. Mehta on Apr 9 at 12:17 PM I believe there is a field in the Quota Arrangement itself that places a limit on the maximum quantity that can be order from a vendor, irrespective of other parameters.
To elaborate, if the vendor is chosen based on the fact that his quota ratings are the lowest but if cumulative order quantity (after the current procurement proposal) exceeds the maximum quantity. then the next vendor is selected.
Is that what you want?
