I believe there is a field in the Quota Arrangement itself that places a limit on the maximum quantity that can be order from a vendor, irrespective of other parameters.

To elaborate, if the vendor is chosen based on the fact that his quota ratings are the lowest but if cumulative order quantity (after the current procurement proposal) exceeds the maximum quantity. then the next vendor is selected.

Is that what you want?

Regards,
Deepak

Subject: How to Set Up a Maximum Quantity in the Quota Arrangement

How I can set up a maximum quantity in the quota arrangement (for example 10,000 kg for A Supplier and 20,000 kgs for B Supplier) and reflect exactly these quantity informed in the MD04.

I'm trying to set up using the rate % but always show me in the MD04 with over the quantity that I have as the maximum.
