Thank you Vijaratnam,

Here when I used > it considering form the date of joing. As per our requirement it should come like below...

=240 days==>240/30=8days
on 260th day 8+1(20days -1)=9 has to in the quota.
after completion of 240days for every 20days one day has to added to the existed quota.

But here if i use > option its working like 241/20=12.5 instead of 9.


Please help out.....

If it is working fine up to 240 days I hope you used cumulative time
type to checking the 240 days (before that put the condition less then
240 and greater then 240)then write else condition under to check
every 30days what is the code used for every 20 days.
