Hi,
I think you need to provide us with more text from the developer traces for
dispatcher and wp #0. ( files dev_disp and dev_w0)
No attachments allowed here, so you must paste the text.
Also, which Oracle version are you running? And patch level?
Did you change any parameters before the power failure occurred?

Dear Gurus,
I found this error when i checked the developer trace of the disp+work.exe
process.
Component:DPTM
Error => MsSClientHandle:no server provides Service ENQ(4), requested from
**********_DEV_00 (msxxserv c 4196)
I am using WIN 2003 server with oracle and SAP NW04.
Please help me in finding out the error and why the disp+work is not getting
started.
