Sorry but this does not make any sense. What is the point of using
the automatic payment program to produce a payment which then does
not go anywhere? If you make a manual payment outside of SAP there is
existing functionality to enter that payment into SAP without having
to configure a new payment method.

The payment method will function as it normally does but the payment
made should not be made "releasable" to bank. It will function like a
virtual payment for manual collection as required by the business and
should not leave the SAP system.
