There can be several reasons for system to give this error
message. Please check if the Internal Order in which user is trying to do
time entry is active or not.Check the Fiscal year has been set up active or
not.Check whether there is any user exit set up if the user is trying to
enter time for future .I hope you will get your answer after checking these.
