You to understand the logic behind the infotype, there are different type
of infotype available they are recruitment infotype, organization
management infotype, personnel administration infotype all will pick up the
data from their respective table only.
Say for example in 4000 applicant action infotype the applicant group and
applicant ranges will take the data from recruitment table of T750K and
V_T750F and in the same way from 0001 organization assignment infotype
employee group and employee subgroup will pick up the data from T501 and
T503K in the same way for other due to integration with OM to Recruitment
you cant expect the employee group and subgroup data to be reflected to
applicant group and ranges.

I understand your reply & aware that employee group & subgroup will be
used in PA only. In recruitment while running an action known as salary
proposal to applicant we run IT16 - contract elements where we enter
employee group & subgroup. Can this be taken from OM where we give
employee group & subgroup while creating the position.
While creating the position we give the following deaths.
Personnel Area.
Personnel Subarea.
Employee Group.
Employee Subgroup.
While entering applicant data in PB10, we again have to enter the
personnel area, personnel subarea details. Can this be taken from OM
module is this integration possible?
