data change field is empty.
The employee is new hired by new work schedule calendar.

First check the Earliest Master Data change field in Payroll status for that particular employee, there might be a date in this field which is referring to date prior the wagetype was generated OR the problem might be due to incorrect or missing entries in tables V_T549Q and V_T549R.
