Question from luxman_shankar on Feb 14 at 1:13 AM I have a question on profitability analysis of sales orders in a project business scenario: There are essentially two options - one is the sales order reports in Product cost controlling module as well as display option of KKAK transaction which shows the planned and actual revenue and profits. The second option is through COPA. My view is that it would be simpler to use the first option since they have the "plan data" by order as regular fields. In COPA this will have to be done separately (or use COPA entries at the time of sales order creation). Moreover, in COPA actual entries will flow only during order settlement. I would appreciate any insights on this.
