Reply from pujapushap on Feb 7 at 12:32 AM Hello sir, I have not understood few words used, like "In the time eval schema, check if the LWP is across a Sunday (you can use VARST to check day of week). If so, add 1 to a w/t say 9SUN. In the rule XPPF or its subrules which reduce the pppf w/t /8** for inactive or absence period, reduce the w/t by the no. of days in 9SUN. Note the pr cl 10 value indicates which pppf w/t is used to reduce. For example, a payment w/t with pr cl 10 = 01, rule XVAL uses w/t /801 to reduce the payment. " Please send me some more details. Thanks.

In other words, the counting rule should include any day including holidays and any day where the empl is not working. You need to count PH if that is what the business requirement is; check with your HR/Payroll dept SME. Check the rule is used only for LWP type of absences and not for other types of absences. If the above does not work, try following: In the time eval schema, check if the LWP is across a Sunday (you can use VARST to check day of week). If so, add 1 to a w/t say 9SUN. In the rule XPPF or its subrules which reduce the pppf w/t /8** for inactive or absence period, reduce the w/t by the no.of days in 9SUN. Note the pr cl 10 value indicates which pppf w/t is used to reduce. For example, a payment w/t with pr cl 10 = 01, rule XVAL uses w/t /801 to reduce the payment. Hope this helps Regards, JG | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
