Hi

Any abs type requires counting class so that, PAB function can output the hrs of leave for payroll. Counting class is used not only to deduct abs quota, but also to calculate the hrs in the function PAB.

In rule XPPF and it sub rules, ensure the counting class is used to reduce the partial pay factor w/t /8xx.
In the rules called by XPPF, the operation RTE-TSAU** reduces rate by the hours from all no pay counting classes (or all unpaid absence types). Similarly RTE-TSAU01 reduces by counting class 01.
In w/t /8xx, the value xx depends on the proc class 10 used for basic pay w/t. If it is, say 01, then, the pcr XVAL reduces its value based on w/t /801.

Regards,

JG

Subject: LOP Configuration - Write PCR

Hi experts!

Please tell me how to write PCR in case of Loss of pay.
The case is If Employee Has taken unpaid Leaves, the amount need to be deducted from his basic Pay. I have maintained absence valuation in table T554S. But it's not deducting properly. Shall I need to write PCR? If yes please tell me.
