You can use transaction LSMW to do as below - create an LSMW object, then create a BDC recording using transactions like PA30 for PA data or PPOME for PD data, which is used by the LSMW object. Create a batch input file in Excel for the infotype which you want to upload. You can save the excel file as a text file in *.csv format. Run the LSMW to upload the text file. It creates a BDC session for the upload.
Run the BDC session in batch mode to update the data.
Go to LSMW and you can get a good amt of help.
